Edulink One
iPayimpact (“iPay” for short)
The School operates a cashless payments system (iPay) which is used for all trips and activities offered by the school, and for payments for school meals, where appropriate. iPay is a highly regarded system across education and enables many useful features (such as one account for parents regardless of the number of children in different schools using iPay and the ability for us to refund parents through the system where this is necessary). For your convenience, there is also an app which provides the same functionality as the website, but in your pocket.
Already have a iPay Account?
If you already have a iPay account, either with our school or another iPay school, you can simply login to that account and add your other children via the Link Account function in your account tab on your home page. You will need your activation username and password (issued by the school to parents of all new students).
New to iPay?
You will be sent a unique (to your child) AccountRef which is used in the setup process when you create your account. Additional payers can create accounts using the same child specific AccountRef. Please email the School Office if you need a copy of your child’s AccountRef.
Have two or more children at an iPay School?
You will only need to create one iPay account for your first child and then you simply add your other children using the Link Account function (using each child’s unique AccountRef) in your account.
Further help
For any help about iPay please refer to the iPay website, https://www.ipayimpact.co.uk/IPI/FAQ in the first instance, and if you need further help feel free to contact the School Finance Office if you need additional assistance.
